Terms of Use
Last updated: 11 July 2026
1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing this website at fennico.sbs or contacting Fennico through it, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms apply to your use of the website and to any service arrangement you enter with Fennico.
2. Description of services
Fennico provides business-to-business tooling and advisory services relating to the structured use of language-model tools within organisations. Current service offerings include:
- Meeting Notes and Summary Tooling — configuration of recording-to-summary workflows with consent and review procedures (RM 640, two to three weeks).
- Customer Record Cleanup — structured normalisation of client relationship databases with staged human approval (RM 1,480, five weeks).
- Internal Usage Guideline Development — facilitated development of internal written rules for language tool use (RM 3,750, nine weeks).
Services are described in general terms on this website. The precise scope, deliverables and timeline for any engagement are set out in a written scope document agreed with the client before work begins.
3. Eligibility and user obligations
This website is intended for use by businesses and individuals in a professional capacity. You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the authority to enter into arrangements on behalf of any organisation you represent. You agree to provide accurate information when submitting the contact form.
4. Engagements and pricing
All prices shown are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are indicative. The final price and payment terms for any engagement are agreed in writing before work starts. We do not process payments through this website. Invoicing arrangements are confirmed in the scope document.
5. Scope changes and engagement terms
Any change to the agreed scope of an engagement will be discussed and agreed in writing before additional work is carried out. Work outside the original scope is not done without a revised written agreement. Either party may raise a scope change at any point; we commit to responding in good faith. Specific cancellation and completion terms are set out in the engagement scope document.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this website — text, design, graphics and code — is owned by or licensed to Fennico. You may not reproduce, distribute or adapt it without written permission. Deliverables produced under a service engagement are subject to the intellectual property terms in the relevant scope document; the default position is that you own the output and we retain no licence to it after handover.
7. Acceptable use
When using this website, you agree not to:
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or our infrastructure.
- Transmit any harmful, unlawful or misleading content through the contact form.
- Use automated tools to scrape or extract content from the site without permission.
- Misrepresent your identity or the organisation you represent.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
This website and its content are provided on an as-available basis for general information. We take reasonable care with the content but do not warrant that it is complete, current or error-free. Our services are operational and advisory in nature; outputs are tools and documentation for your team to use under your own direction. Nothing on this site or in our services constitutes legal, financial, medical or regulatory advice.
To the extent permitted under the laws of Malaysia, Fennico's liability arising from use of this website or from a service engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
9. Third-party links
This website may contain links to third-party sites. These are provided for convenience; Fennico has no control over their content and accepts no responsibility for them. Visiting a linked site is at your own discretion.
10. Governing law
These terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement will be referred to the courts of Malaysia.

We may revise these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the website after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
